Hillary Berg is a Level 1 CHEK Practitioner as well as a CHEK Health and Lifestyle coach. She also holds her BA in Exercise Science from the Metropolitan State College of Denver and is a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and ACE.
One of Hillary's biggest passions is learning about post rehabilitative training. After over 15 years of training she has seen many clients with low back pain, shoulder issues or knee pain. These clients have motivated her to research the cause of these disorders and to help others get out of pain! Her goal is to educate clients on how to achieve optimum health and wellness for the rest of their lives. Hillary believes every one of us is an athlete. She is driven to help each one of her clients find the athlete within!
Currently Hillary is working on reaching her personal goal of completing her second half marathon!

Jason Berg holds a certification as a Golf Biomechanic from the CHEK Institute. As Spokane's only Golf Biomechanic, Jason can provide cutting edge strength and conditioning programs designed to reduce chronic pain and improve stamina and shot consistency.
Always open to trying new things, Jason recently became a Dragon Door certified Russian Kettlebell instructor. Dragon Door is a world leader in strength and conditioning and the Russian Kettlebell system is a truly unique fitness enhancement tool. In 2015 Jason completed the Strong First Kettlebell course as well.
As an active person Jason enjoys running, golfing, and various sports. He believes that the key to fitness lies in healthy movement patterns. Recently he began studying the Functional Movement Screen from renowned sports therapist Gray Cook.
Jason holds a BS in Health and Human Development from Montana State University. As a former teacher in both public and private sectors, Jason has combined his experience in 1-to-1 teaching with his love of sports and exercise. Currently, Jason is working towards completing his second Tough Mudder obstacle run this September!
