The Basics: 3 week intensive with a 2 monthly check ups to help keep you accountable. Check out the details below.
- 5 Personal Training Sessions: With the basics package you will have 5 personal training sessions designed just for you and your goals. No cookie cutter programs here! After your initial asessement where we check your posture, range of motion, core strength and much more! We design a flexibility program followed with your strength and stability program.
- 2 Nutrition & Lifestyle Sessions: These two sessions will give you the road map on how to make meaningful changes to weight loss. Using a simplified food log we will evaluate your current diet and eating habits and look for areas which need improvement the most. The follow-up session will continue to refine your new habits further.
- 2 Monthly Check up: These check-in meetings will focus on the progress you have made in meeting your goals in the above areas. What strategies did you find allowed for success? Which areas continue to need refinement or additional attention?
All for $395. A $100 savings!
- 10 Personal Training Sessions: On the Intensive program your initial assessment and flexibility programs will be the same. You will get an additional strength and stability program to add even more variety to your workouts.
- 3 Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching: In addition to the food log evaluation and follow-ups, you have the option of taking us with you on a grocery trip. Together, we will put together a 3 day meal plan and all the necessary ingredients for each meal of the day. Your next appointment to meet with us might be days or weeks away, with this option we can discuss choices, differing tastes, budgetary issues, right then and there so you can move forward confidently.
- 3 Monthly Check ups: The key to long term success is working through the inevitable roadblocks and hurdles which will come up. Together we can strategize on working around them to keep your goals in sight.
